Requirement
- Role: Accounts Assistant
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year
- Location: Calicut, Govt Cyberpark
- Job Type: Full Time (09.00 am to 06.00 pm Fixed)
- Working days: 5 days working (Saturdays & Sundays Fixed Off except 1st Saturday)
- Ready to do Work from the Office
Responsibilities
- Process bills for payment
- Process vendor/Client’s invoices
- Maintain files and electronic records
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Update and maintain the accounts database
- Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed
- Petty cash management
- GST filing, TDS filing
Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience or any software like Zoho Books
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Calm under pressure
- Knowledge of integrated accounting software
- Available to work full time
