Requirement

  • Role: Accounts Assistant
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year
  • Location: Calicut, Govt Cyberpark
  • Job Type: Full Time (09.00 am to 06.00 pm Fixed)
  • Working days: 5 days working (Saturdays & Sundays Fixed Off except 1st Saturday)
  • Ready to do Work from the Office

Responsibilities

  • Process bills for payment
  • Process vendor/Client’s invoices
  • Maintain files and electronic records
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Update and maintain the accounts database
  • Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed
  • Petty cash management
  • GST filing, TDS filing

Qualifications

  • QuickBooks experience or any software like Zoho Books
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of integrated accounting software
  • Available to work full time
