About The Company
Range International Property Investment is an award-winning real estate brokerage headquartered in Motor City, Dubai. In more than a decade it has sold 6,500+ properties worth AED 8B+, across residential and commercial sales and leasing, off-plan projects, holiday homes, mortgage services and investment consultancy. Its team speaks 25+ languages and serves buyers through a presence beyond the UAE, including Australia and New Zealand. Range asked Pixbit for a new real estate website that matched that scale: one that could carry hundreds of live listings across Dubai communities and developers, keep off-plan launches in one place, and give every buyer, tenant and investor a clear route to an enquiry.
Pixbit designed and developed Range.ae as a custom real estate website built for the Dubai market. The brief centred on what property buyers care about most: finding the right listing quickly, understanding off-plan launches, and reaching an agent without friction.
The platform combines advanced property search with filters for type, area, price, beds and developer, a dedicated off-plan project explorer, developer and community pages, a mortgage calculator, and lead capture through forms, WhatsApp and call booking. It runs on a growing listing inventory across multiple property types without slowing down.
