My Mortgage
MyMortgage (My Mortgage Broker LLC) is a Dubai mortgage brokerage based in Motor City that helps residents and non-residents finance property across the UAE. Its services cover new mortgages, mortgage buyouts, equity release, non-resident mortgages and handover payments, with advisers guiding each client from financial profile to property transfer. MyMortgage needed a website that explained these home loan options clearly, let buyers estimate repayments themselves, and turned that interest into qualified enquiries for its advisers.
Project Overview
Pixbit designed and developed MyMortgage.ae as a custom mortgage broker website for the UAE market. The site explains each home loan product in plain language, includes a mortgage calculator so buyers can estimate repayments before they call, and routes every visitor into a short guided enquiry journey that advisers can act on quickly. Built mobile-first on Next.js with a Laravel backend, it keeps pages fast and gives the MyMortgage team control over products and content as the business grows.

We chose Next.js for server-side rendering, so product, calculator and guide pages load fast on mobile and stay easy for Google to crawl. Laravel runs the backend, handling enquiry data and integrations securely, while Strapi lets the MyMortgage team update loan products and content without a developer. It is the same stack Pixbit uses for fast, search-ready finance and real estate websites in Dubai.
