A case study on replacing disconnected property systems with a single cloud platform for customers and staff.

A real estate services business in the UAE offering a full range of property services, from sales and rentals to maintenance and mortgage support.
The company serves property owners and investors who manage assets across borders, so it needed one system that kept administration, sales and rentals efficient from a single account.
The client ran property administration, sales, rentals and add-on services on separate systems. Staff re-keyed data between them, customers dealt with several touchpoints, and manual processes pushed operating costs up.
The fragmented setup also limited growth. Adding a new service meant adding another system, and customers experienced delays because no single view of their property, requests or payments existed. The client needed these services consolidated into one platform that customers and staff could both rely on.

01
Bring property management processes into one platform.
02
Give customers clear, self-service digital access to every service.
03
Reduce the cost and delay of manual, multi-system processes.
04
Build a platform that can add new services without a rebuild.
Pixbit worked with the client's teams to run a detailed needs assessment across sales, rentals, maintenance and finance. From that, we designed a cloud-based application that brings property sales, rentals, maintenance services and mortgage management into one interface, then built it in iterative releases reviewed with the client's staff.
Through iterative development and regular stakeholder reviews, Pixbit and the client identified the features that mattered most for day-to-day efficiency, operational transparency and customer service, and prioritised the build around them.
Pixbit designed and built a cloud-based web and mobile application covering the client's full range of property services. The platform includes:
01
Simple registration with digital KYC verification, so new customers can be approved without paperwork.
02
Real-time views of rental returns, maintenance costs and sales performance for owners and staff.
03
A central listing platform for properties and buyer enquiries, improving visibility and speeding up transactions.
04
Maintenance, movers and packers, cleaning and mortgage applications handled inside the same app.
05
Custom reports from integrated data to support planning and pricing decisions.
Together these features automated routine workflows and removed most manual data entry. The client gained new revenue from transaction fees and add-on services, customers got faster responses through one interface, and the architecture lets the firm add services and markets without performance problems.

The platform removed most paperwork and manual re-keying, which shortened processing times across every service line. Customers now manage their property needs through one interface and receive faster responses, and the add-on services created new revenue streams.
Real-time analytics gave management a clear view of performance for planning and pricing. Because the architecture is modular, the firm can add new services and enter new markets without rebuilding the platform.
By consolidating its services into one platform built by Pixbit, the client improved productivity, customer satisfaction and competitiveness. The project shows how one team can design, build and support a multi-service property platform from discovery to launch.
